New Music Friday November 1: Kelly Clarkson, The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Snoop Dogg and More

Happy New Music Friday! The weekend is here, which means more streaming, new playlists and the best that music has to offer — and ET has you covered for everything in between.

The 67th Grammy Awards nominations will be announced during a livestream event on live.GRAMMY.com on Friday, November 8. Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason jr. will be joined by Brandy Clark, Kirk Franklin, David Frost, Robert Gordon, Kylie Minogue, Victoria Monét, Gaby Moreno, Deanie Parker, Ben Platt, Mark Ronson, Hayley Williams, Jim Gaffigan and Gayle King to announce the nominees.

Billboard unveiled its list of the 25 Biggest Halloween Songs of All Time on the Hot 100. The list highlights songs that have defined Halloween including Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” Rihanna’s “Disturbia,” Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire,” Justin Bieber’s “Ghost,” and coming in at #1 is Bobby “Boris” Pickett and the Crypt-Kickers’ “Monster Mash.”

The Latin Recording Academy announced additional performers for the 25th Annual Latin Grammy Awards. Performers will include Anitta, Edgar Barrera, Becky G, Eladio Carrión, Darumas, Emilia, Leonel García, Grupo Frontera, Danny Ocean, Silvia Perez Cruz, Carlos Rivera, and Kali Uchis.

Megan Thee Stallion: In The Words is out now on Prime Video. The documentary follows Megan’s journey on the road to stardom as she navigates fame, grief, pressure and success. ET spoke to Megan at the premiere where she shared how super nervous she was to let people see her so vulnerable and candid. She explained “I just wanted to be my raw and real self and let everybody see what exactly was really happening.”

Snoop Dogg has announced that his new album Missionary will drop December 13 and released new single “Gorgeous” featuring Jhené Aiko. Snoop reunites with Dr. Dre who produced the album. Back in August, ET spoke to Dr. Dre who said this is his first time actually producing an entire album for Snoop Dogg. Dr. Dre shared that being back in the studio was “much more fun” and “this is some of the best music I’ve done in my career.” Missionary will also include features from Eminem, 50 Cent, Jelly Roll, Method Man, Sting, the late Tom Petty and more.

ROSÉ and Bruno Mars’ collaboration “APT.” debuted with 224.5 million streams on the Billboard Global 200 chart, the second biggest streaming week in history. ROSÉ is the first female Korean artist in history to earn a top 10 hit on the Hot 100.

Travis and Jason Kelce are getting into the holiday spirit with their new song with Boyz II Men. “It’s Christmas Time (In Cleveland Heights)” is the first single from the upcoming The Philly Specials’ album A Philly Special Christmas Party out November 22. Comprised of Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata, this is their third LP and proceeds from the vinyl sales will go to support Children’s Crisis Treatment Center’s Holiday Toy Drive, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Snowflake Station and 87 and Running Foundation, in addition to other Philadelphia based organizations.

Taylor Swift continues her generous donations with a new one to Second Harvest Food Bank – Feeding South Louisiana. The organization announced that Taylor gave a large donation that will help provide 75,000 meals for South Louisiana families in need.
