Happy New Music Friday! The weekend is here, which means more streaming, new playlists and the best that music has to offer — and ET has you covered for everything in between.

Four legendary artists are coming together for a new tour, The Queens! 4 Legends. 1 Stage. Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight and Stephanie Mills are uniting for this unforgettable tour, celebrating decades of timeless classics. The first leg of the 11-city tour kicks off May 9 in Las Vegas and concludes June 1 in Indianapolis. A second leg featuring nine additional performances will begin September 19 in Greensboro and wrap October 5 in Cleveland.

The Academy of Country Music Awards took place May 8 and opened with a 12 minute all start set celebrating the 60th anniversary. The Academy’s highest honor was awarded to Lainey Wilson, marking her second year in a row earing the coveted title. First time ACM nominee led the night in total wins with five awards. The show hosted by Reba McEntire celebrated country music’s biggest stars and featured 16 performances.

Easy Day Foundation will join forces with the 2025 American Music Awards to honor U.S. troops and veterans during the live Memorial Day broadcast from Las Vegas. There will be special in-show moments that celebrate Veterans while raising funds for a variety of national and local organizations.

BET Awards will celebrate the 25th anniversary of legendary music video countdown show 106 & Park with a special tribute. Former hosts AJ Calloway, Free, Julissa Bermudez, Keshia Chanté, Rocsi Diaz and Terrence J will reunite on stage for a nostalgic celebration of the show that shaped a generation. The tribute will feature performances from pervious host and Mr. 106 & Park, Bow Wow, Amerie, B2K, Jim Jones, Mya, T.I. and more. GloRilla, Mustard, Ameria, Anycia, BossMan Dlow, Crime Mobb, Kalan.FrFr, Keri Hilson, LaRussell, Mario and Pretty Ricky will be performing at BET Experience (BETX) Fan Fest taking place June 7 and June 8 before the awards.

Nominations were also announced for BET Awards. Kendrick Lamar leads with 10 nominations, Doechii, Drake, Future and Glorilla tie with 6 each, Metro Boomin has 5, SZA and The Weeknd tie with 4 each, Arya Starr, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Maverick City Music, Playboi Carti, Teddy Swims and Tyler, The Creator have 3 each. Culture’s Biggest Night hosted by Kevin Hart will air June 9 on BET.

The Country Music Association announced the 2025 class of CMA Foundation Music Teachers of Excellence, honoring 30 extraordinary educators nationwide who are using the power of music to transform lives. Each honoree will receive a $5,000 award, split evenly between personal use and their classroom or program. Honorees are also invited to participate in a year of professional development and engagement with CMA’s broader network, including special access to CMA Fest and the CMA Awards. The 2025 class will be celebrated at a red carpet gala on September 10 in Nashville.

Earlier this week, Hilary Duff, Jordana Brewster, Lauren London, Lori Harvey and more supported Baby2Baby’s Mother’s Day Celebration Presented by Crate & Kids. The event supported families affected by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires. Baby2Baby ambassadors and supporters volunteered their time to help distribute basic essentials to mothers and their children, and also showered them with special gifts.

Blake Shelton released his new album, For Recreational Use Only which features a new duet with wife Gwen Stefani. ET’s Cassie DiLaura spoke with Blake about his new album that was four years in the making. Blake shared, “There’s songs on there that go back 4, 5 years. I’ve gotten collaborations on there with Gwen and I’ve got one with Craig Morgan and one with John Anderson, one of my heroes and I just couldn’t be more excited and proud about the record itself.”
